I let my guard down in the chilly weather... How do you all protect yourself from UV rays?

Did you see the temperature this morning? I shivered on my way to work, but the sun was so hot during the day that I was taken aback. Whenever the daily temperature difference is this extreme, I suddenly wonder: do you guys pay close attention to sunscreen before going out, even in this weather? Usually, I reapply frequently in the summer because I sweat, but these days, when the cool breeze starts to blow, I somehow get the illusion that the sunlight is less harmful. Then, I was working indoors and sat down by the window for a moment, and I was startled by a burning sensation on my skin. Come to think of it, people who go hiking often experience the most skin damage at this time of year, so I'm worried that my daily routine might be a bit off. I know I should apply sunscreen at the end of my skincare routine, but I keep skipping it because of the dryness, which is a problem. Does anyone with dry skin like mine have any tips for staying hydrated and protected from UV rays during the changing seasons? They say even small habits can determine the age of your skin, so I need to be more vigilant.
