The big problem is that I just gulped down a bottle of milk that was several days past its expiration date. When I checked the empty pack after drinking it, that cool feeling... I'm naturally timid and prone to worry, but I keep feeling a nagging stomachache and I'm worried my skin might break out. They say that when your body is stressed, your skin also gets stressed. So tonight, I'm going to post about a soothing sheet mask. How do you guys usually manage your sheet mask cycle? I'm curious if it's better for me to use it every few days depending on the situation, or if I should use it for several days in a row when I'm not feeling well like I do now. Please let me know what your routine is, and if too much could be harmful to a timid person like me.
