Lately, I've been noticing that my skin isn't what it used to be. Every time I look in the mirror, I notice how dull it looks, and I've been struggling with that. The first thing I did was drink two liters of water. Drinking plain water used to be so hard for me, but by always keeping a tumbler by my side and sipping small amounts frequently, I noticed my complexion clearing up. Another thing I did after washing my face was to either pat it in with my hands or use a disposable sponge instead of a towel. I've heard that dust and bacteria on towels can cause skin problems, so I made this change and I can definitely feel the whiteheads reducing. Lastly, I developed the habit of washing my face immediately after returning from outside. I've noticed that when I put off washing because I'm tired, impurities build up, but now that I wash it off right away, my skin feels like it's breathing.
