Wow, I thought yoga was easy, but I came back with a red face.

Wow! I never imagined my first yoga class would be this hard. My body is far from flexible, so with each movement, I felt all the blood rushing to my face. I looked in the mirror and it literally looked like a tomato standing upright. After yoga, I took a shower and noticed my pores were more open than usual and my face was incredibly hot. So today, I'm determined to document my skin. Honestly, I signed up for yoga because I didn't want to spend money on dermatologists, so I need to take care of myself at home from now on. Even if you think about it, if you experience this kind of heat every day, you're on the fast track to aging. So today, I washed my face briefly with cold water and applied a soothing pack to really cool my face down. In the past, I would have just said I was tired and passed out, but today really taught me that timing is key to true home care. If I don't properly record my current condition, I'll end up blaming my makeup without even realizing it, so I'm taking pictures and organizing my routine. Do you have any secrets for calming my skin after yoga? I have to go to work tomorrow too, but I'm already worried about my skin.
