It's 3 AM and I can't sleep because I'm watching Netflix... What should I do to take care of my skin?

Is everyone already in dreamland? I somehow got completely engrossed in Netflix and before I knew it, it was already past 3 a.m. I have to get up and get ready for work in a few hours, but when I look in the mirror, my face looks puffy and my heart is racing, and I'm already worried. For timid people like me, even a single bad skin condition on a day like this makes me self-conscious all day. In a hurry, I just washed my face first, but I'm going to share my little home care routine to help ease my anxiety. Sleep deprivation can cause your face to swell and look dull, so my first step is to use a chilled toner pad from the fridge and apply it for about five minutes. I'm careful not to let it get too cold, as it might shock my skin, but it definitely helps reduce the swelling. Next, I apply twice as much of my usual moisturizing ampoule and slowly use the warmth of my palms to help it absorb. One beauty tip I've discovered is to mix just one drop of face oil into the ampoule and apply it. This definitely reduces dryness the next day. Finally, I apply a thin layer of a sleeping pack, and I feel a little more at ease. Do you have any secrets for making your makeup look good the next day, especially on nights when you can't sleep in like I do? I'd really appreciate it if you could share even a small tip with me, as I'm a bit timid. I need to get some shut-eye, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to.
