Lately, I've been so busy that I've gotten into the habit of sleeping late, and it's showing on my skin right away. My skin has become dull and my dark circles have gotten worse, so I've been trying to get some "golden time" sleep. They say skin regeneration is at its peak between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., right? In fact, when I go to bed early and get a good night's sleep, my skin complexion looks different the next morning. Reducing my smartphone usage before bed and doing some light stretching before bed is a huge help. I think getting enough rest is just as important as using cosmetics.
