My face is red after climbing 12 flights of stairs... What is your calming routine?

Wow, with the weather getting so humid and hot, I'm already worried about how I'll survive this summer. I just got back from going out and the apartment elevator was under maintenance, so I had to climb the 12th floor stairs, and it's killing me. I'm out of breath, drenched in sweat, and my face is so red it feels like it's going to explode, I'm afraid to look in the mirror. I'm just cooling off with cold water and sitting with a fan. I'm so curious about how you all calm down when your skin temperature suddenly rises, so I'm posting this. I usually just put a cool toner pad from the fridge on my face, but that just feels insufficient. Do you have any recommendations for effective skin packs or ampoules to help reduce the heat? After sweating a lot, should I stick to my usual routine, or should I just focus on hydration? Also, my pores seem to expand quickly when I'm hot, so I'd like some advice on using elasticity care as well. How do you all finish your home care routine before bed? If you have any good skin care tips for people like me who sweat a lot and get hot easily, please share them with us!
