Hello, I've been seeing a dermatologist for a long time because of acne since last year. However, even a dermatologist can't squeeze every pimple, and it's difficult to go every week, so I've been occasionally doing self-extraction. There are a few things to keep in mind when doing this, so I'd like to share them with you.
1) Do not squeeze inflammatory acne yourself: In the case of red, swollen, inflammatory acne, if you touch it carelessly, the inflammation can get worse, so I always go to a dermatologist and get an anti-inflammatory injection and then squeeze it out.
2) Disinfect well: I always keep disinfectant pads at home. Be sure to disinfect the area you plan to extract, and also disinfect the extractor before and after use.
3) Care of the extraction area: I apply Fucidin right away and never put makeup on the extraction area.
