Skin care that I suddenly realized while looking in the mirror
Yesterday, I met up with some college friends I haven't seen in ages. I was excited to go to a cafe with a nice atmosphere, but the lighting there was a particularly strong yellow glow, shining down from above. I went to the bathroom and glanced in the mirror, and I was shocked to see my uneven skin tone and pores, which I usually didn't notice, clearly standing out. I was upset because I'd been making excuses about being busy, not washing my face properly, and sleeping late, but it was so obvious. I think it's time to start a more systematic skincare routine. Honestly, my only home care routine is applying a sheet mask. How do you all practice skincare? Is there a routine that even someone as lazy as me can stick to? As I get older, I can definitely feel my skin changing, which makes me more anxious. If you have any skincare tips or cost-effective basic products, would you kindly share them with me?
