I've been having a really hard time lately because of my anorexia. Will Cutslin Anti-Spike be effective?

Recently, a really delicious dessert cafe opened near my office, so I've been getting my attendance stamped every lunch with my coworkers. However, the other day, on my way home from work, I was shocked to see my face reflected in the subway window, looking noticeably puffy and lifeless. I was worried that it might be my body sending me signals because I've been eating so much sugary food. So, I was looking for something to help with my diet and came across reviews of Cutslin Anti-Spike. I wasn't really interested in this before, but I've been noticing that my post-meal sleepiness has been getting worse lately, so I'm seriously considering trying Cutslin Anti-Spike. People around me say it's portable and great for taking with me when I go out to eat. I'm curious to hear from people who have actually tried Cutslin Anti-Spike. Does it really make you feel lighter? I'm posting this because I want to hear real advice from real users, not just advertising.
