My complexion has been looking a bit dull lately, so I'm looking into health functional foods.
I looked at my face through the subway window on my way home from work, and it was noticeably dull and lifeless. I felt like cosmetics alone weren't enough, so I looked up a list of health supplements everyone was taking. My friends were already diligently taking collagen and vitamins, but I'd been too lax. As a newbie, I'd been using the excuse of being busy to eat mostly instant food, and now my skin is rough and I'm constantly getting breakouts. I'm trying to start focusing on inner beauty, but there are so many health supplements out there that I have no idea which ones to choose. There are so many ads, and it's hard to choose what I really need. Since I'm just starting out, I'm looking for something that isn't overly strong, but will help improve my complexion with regular use. Do any of you have a health supplement routine that you take every morning? If you have any recommendations or tips for choosing the right products, I'd love to hear from you.
