Under the dusky winter sunset, two liters of warmth fill me.

It's already 5:46 PM, and the sky is getting dark outside. While the unusually short winter days can be frustrating, watching the setting sun brings a strange sense of elation to my heart. Lately, I've been practicing a small challenge to drink two liters of water every day. Today, I finally feel like I've accomplished a major task for the day, emptying the last half liter just as I'm leaving work. My skin, once flaky from the dry office air and cold wind, seems to be a little more vibrant, and I find myself taking another look in the mirror. Suddenly, I remember how I looked this morning. I used to be so afraid of the winter sun that I would have shrugged it off, but now I'm wary of even the light reflecting off my eyes. I begin each morning with the belief that my skin-protection routine, year-round, will protect me in the future. It's a winter evening, and I'm reminded that these small, honest lifestyle habits, rather than flashy cosmetics, accumulate to create a solid beauty. Just like the satisfaction I feel when I see the bottom of my tumbler, my skin is also becoming a little healthier. I hope the rest of your evening is filled with a warm and cozy warmth in your hearts.
