Winter vitality habits discovered through warm conversations with parents
It's a chilly, nose-chilling evening outside, but inside the house, my parents' low voices fill the air with warmth. After an early dinner, I sat down in the living room with them, chatting about various things, and it was already well past nine o'clock. In the middle of our conversation, my mom took a close look at my complexion and said she was worried my face looked particularly tired lately. When I looked in the mirror, I realized that my skin was dull and lacked clarity, perhaps due to the cold winter wind and the heater. It made me realize that simply applying layers of good cream isn't enough. So these days, I'm focusing on a routine that prioritizes my inner health. Rather than forcing myself to do anything, I'm trying to drink plenty of warm water every day and diligently take the often-forgotten nutritional supplements and skincare products. I believe that true home care lies in building health from the inside out, rather than focusing on outward appearances. I shared some of the things I've been taking care of with my parents lately, and their smiles of gratitude filled my heart with a lyrical feeling. Now, I plan to spend the rest of the night quietly taking care of myself. I hope everyone has a peaceful and peaceful night, even in this dry winter.
