Developing the habit of cutting down on late-night snacks for your skin
It's already almost 10 PM. I looked out the window and the wind was quite cold, probably because it's winter, which made me feel a bit uneasy... So, after work, I ordered spicy mala-tang to relieve stress. But I think I was too greedy, because my lips are so numb. When I look in the mirror, the area around my mouth seems red and swollen. Since I'm a timid person who worries about even the smallest things, I'm afraid that the skin around my mouth will sag or age quickly after eating something so spicy.
Actually, I was already upset because my skin felt noticeably drier and weaker these days with the winter wind. I know my habit of eating late at night is really bad for your skin, but when the corners of my mouth feel so hot, it feels like my skin will sag at any moment. I've been careful to wash it off with lukewarm water, but it still stings, and I'm afraid to look in the mirror.
I've been putting on a lot of products to keep my skin elastic, but I wonder if this one bad habit is ruining everything. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I wonder if I've overworked the muscles around my lips. I don't think I'll be able to sleep because my face will be so puffy tomorrow morning that all the effort I put in to take care of it will have been for nothing. I need to calm down now and put on as many nutritious things as possible before I go to bed.
Actually, it's better not to eat it if you think about your skin, but let's always remember that small habits can affect our skin. ㅎㅎ
