Are you guys applying sunscreen properly these days?

These days, I use the excuse that I'm lazy when I apply base makeup. UV protection I used to skip out on even the ingredients. But suddenly, I'm so curious about how other people manage to take care of themselves meticulously, even in this cold weather. They say that applying daily skincare is the foundation of anti-aging, no matter how cold it gets or how short the days get. It makes me reflect on whether I've been too complacent with my lifestyle habits. Now that I'm in my 30s, I can definitely see a difference in the smallest details, so I'm trying to get my act together. What's your winter night routine?
