Differences and Recommendations Between Inorganic and Organic Sunscreens
It's not just summer that you should be doing whitening care. In fact, winter is the best time to have white skin. This is because the UV index is relatively low and the skin has plenty of time to regenerate. The first thing I do in the whitening care that I focus on in winter is to apply a vitamin C ampoule every night. Since the ingredient is easily oxidized when exposed to sunlight, it's safer at night.
The second is to keep your skin hydrated. When your skin is dry, it looks dull and lacks clarity. It needs to be hydrated so that light reflects evenly, making your skin look clear and white. Therefore, after applying a whitening product, always apply a highly moisturizing cream to lock in the moisture. Moisturized skin helps the whitening ingredients absorb better.
The third is to use a whitening pack once a week. Commercially available packs are good, but using a pack made with natural ingredients like milk or grain powder is less irritating and has an immediate brightening effect. I especially like using it because the lactic acid in milk gently removes dead skin cells and has a tone-up effect. It may be a small thing, but if you do it consistently, you will really see results.
Another tip is that if you let your guard down and don't apply sunscreen because it's winter, the UV rays reflecting off your eyes can actually make your freckles darker, so be careful. Don't miss this time and put in the effort to have radiant skin when spring comes. A clear and clean skin tone won't be achieved overnight, but the efforts you put in during the winter will never betray you.
