My positive skin habits changed thanks to the Maypure community.
The biggest thing I've gained from working here is not only professional knowledge, but also, more importantly, my attitude toward my skin and the changes in my small habits. In the past, I thought that blindly following the procedures recommended by others or using expensive products would solve everything, but seeing the practical advice of the experts here has made me think about what kind of care is right for me.
First, I started keeping a skin diary, recording my skin condition while looking in the mirror every morning. By checking which foods caused skin problems and which products made my skin comfortable, I accumulated my own data, reducing trial and error. This also prevented unnecessary expenses and enabled efficient management. The saying that you can see as much as you know applies to skin as well.
Also, when I had questions after receiving the treatment, I was able to ask them in the community and receive kind answers, so I was able to manage my aftercare without feeling anxious. Sharing my worries with others reduced my stress and made the treatment process itself enjoyable. I am always grateful for the atmosphere of mutual support that motivates me to be more diligent.
