The saying that sleep is the best medicine applies not only to health but also to skin.
Let's improve the quality of our sleep.
I've gotten used to sleeping late because of Netflix and YouTube, and it's starting to show on my skin. Not only has my skin become dull, but dark circles have gotten worse. So, I've been struggling with this, and recently, I've been trying to get some "primetime" sleep.
You know, skin regeneration is most active between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m.? In fact, if you go to bed early and get a good night's sleep, your skin complexion will look different the next morning when you look in the mirror.
It is said that reducing smartphone use and doing light stretching before going to bed is very helpful.
Cosmetics are important, but I believe sufficient rest is the best nutrient. I hope you all get a good night's sleep and wake up with flawless skin every morning!
