Self-facial massage routine to reduce puffiness and improve complexion
I believe that promoting good skin circulation is just as important as applying good cosmetics. That's why I share my personal skincare routine, which I devote about five minutes to every night when applying my basic skincare products. This involves a self-facial massage using my fingers and a gua sha. Gently stimulating the lymph nodes that stretch from my jawline, behind my ears, and down to my collarbone, I notice the puffiness that builds up throughout the day disappearing.
It was a bit of a hassle at first, but after experiencing how my dull skin tone became more vibrant thanks to the improved blood circulation, I now feel like I'm missing out if I don't do it. When massaging, it's important to apply a generous amount of oil or massage cream to avoid irritating the skin. Using the warmth of your fingertips to press down on your entire face, wrapping it around, I feel like all the fatigue of the day has melted away. If you dream of a healthy complexion and a firmer complexion, why not start a short massage routine like mine today?
