The sunlight outside is nice, but why does my skin look like this in the mirror? How do you all maintain elasticity at home?
It's such a sunny day outside, but I'm stuck in the office this afternoon, feeling a bit resentful... Why does my skin look so dry and inelastic in the mirror? I'm worried it's cracking from the heater. How do you all manage your home care routine these days? I can't even lift a finger after work, but now that I'm in my 30s, I can't stop taking care of myself. After washing my face, I layer on a functional moisturizer to tighten my skin. This is my only survival strategy these days. Especially in the dry winter months, regular moisturizer alone isn't enough, so I'm slathering on products with firming ingredients. Gently massaging a thick night cream along the lines of my face and sweeping it upwards might seem like a simple thing, but it makes a huge difference in how firm my face feels the next morning. I used to just go to bed when I was tired, but now, no matter how sleepy I am, I can't stand the anxiety that I'll get another wrinkle if I don't stick to this routine. Do you have any special tips for maintaining a sagging facial line in this cold winter? I was wondering if it's just me or if there were any smarter management tips, so I took a break and did some research. If you could share any tips I can put into practice after work, it would be a huge help!
