One of the little habits: changing your pillowcase for your skin.

I feel like I can't leave out pillowcases when talking about lifestyle habits that affect the skin.
The reason I'm talking about pillowcases is because I was worried about pimples that kept appearing on one side of my cheek, and I heard that the pillowcase could be the cause.
Since then, I've been changing my pillowcase at least twice a week. It's definitely helped reduce the frequency of breakouts since the surface touching my skin is cleaner!
It's a small habit, but it seems to have a big impact on skin health. Sleeping on a clean pillow makes me feel more refreshed, and my skin feels more comfortable, too.
