I just came back from Kono to relieve some stress and my face feels like it's cracked!

I just came back from an hour of screaming at the top of my lungs at a coin karaoke bar, and the winter night wind is really biting! All the accumulated stress has melted away, and I feel great, but when I got home, I looked in the mirror and saw my skin was in terrible condition. Maybe it was the dry air in that small room, or maybe it was the cold wind blowing straight through me, but my face was completely red and flaky. I quickly washed my face and took note of my current condition, and I can clearly see that my pores are more prominent than usual, and my skin texture is rougher than usual... Do you immediately apply a sheet mask in these situations? Or do you double down on your usual hydrating cream? I'm documenting this with photos and notes to compare later, but I can definitely feel the rapid dehydration on days like this, and I'm getting anxious! Do you have any specific emergency treatment methods for irritated nights like this? Would applying a soothing pad be better, or would applying a thick layer of a nighttime, highly moisturizing product be better? I'm also curious about what I should keep track of in my journal so I can better manage it next time. Should I focus on oiliness and redness? Please share some tips on how you manage and record your skin late at night! I need to put on a pack right now!
