The need for skin care felt under the wedding hall lights
Last weekend, I attended a long-awaited high school classmate's wedding at a hotel. The gorgeous flower arrangements and bright lighting created a wonderful atmosphere, but I was shocked when I saw myself in the bathroom mirror. Under the bright spotlight, my pores were noticeably larger than usual, and my face was noticeably less elastic. I've been realizing that taking care of my skin has become a challenge lately. In the past, even if my condition wasn't great, a good night's sleep would clear up my skin quickly, but now I realize that simply getting enough sleep and applying a generous amount of basic skincare isn't enough. I'm acutely aware of the need for a systematic skincare regimen. People around me have already started getting lifting treatments and regularly visiting aestheticians, but I'm starting to feel a little anxious, wondering if I've been taking things too lightly. Should I really visit a salon for professional skin care? Or should I invest in an expensive beauty device that I can use daily at home? I would appreciate any advice, even small tips, on how you regain your vitality during the seasonal transition.
