My skin has been looking dull lately, so I'm looking for some skin care tips.
Hello. I was working overtime at work yesterday and looked in the bathroom mirror, and I was really shocked. Under the fluorescent lights, I noticed fine bumps and dead skin cells that weren't visible before. In the past, my skin would just slather on some lotion and look vibrant the next day, but now I feel like I need to really pay attention, and it's a bit disheartening. I've been searching for ways to start a home care routine, but the sheer amount of information is overwhelming, which is making me even more confused. Do you have any special skin care tips? I'm particularly curious about ways to instantly hydrate after washing my face or a routine that provides deep nourishment overnight. Maybe it's because of the seasonal change, but my skin seems to be getting more dry inside, so I really want to know at least one skin care tip I can stick to. While visiting a dermatologist would be nice, I'd really appreciate it if you could share some practical skin care tips I can consistently implement at home. If you have any recommendations for face masks or ampoules, would you be willing to share them with me?
