These days, stretching is good for neckline and facial wrinkle management.

While it's difficult to completely eliminate existing neck wrinkles, consistent stretching can definitely prevent them from deepening. I spend just 15 seconds each morning and evening stretching my platysma muscles. I tilt my head up, slightly jut my chin out, and exhale slowly through my mouth. I feel a refreshing stretch in the muscles at the front of my neck. This routine has helped me feel my neck become more elastic.

Additionally, it's even more effective to combine this with facial exercises. Especially for those concerned about nasolabial folds or frown lines, it's crucial to frequently relax your facial muscles.

First, to prevent nasolabial folds, I often do the "balloon blowing" exercise, where I blow air into my mouth. Alternating between my cheeks, I feel the muscles around my mouth tighten. Then, I make wide mouth movements like "ah-ah-ee-oh-woo," evenly engaging all the muscles in my face. Massaging the nasolabial folds with my tongue, pushing them out from the inside, is also particularly helpful.

Frown lines, such as those between the eyebrows, are often caused by the unconscious habit of frowning. Try placing your index and middle fingers between your eyebrows and gently pushing them outward, trying to open your eyes wide. The key is to open them using only your eyes, without using your forehead muscles. Strengthening the muscles around your eyes and releasing the tension between your eyebrows will significantly smooth your expression and help prevent wrinkles.

After you've finished stretching your face and neck like this, don't forget to apply moisturizer thoroughly. Consistency is key, so take a little time each day to maintain a firm face and neckline.
