Lately, when I wake up, my neck wrinkles seem to be unusually deep, so I searched for the reason and found the culprit I never expected: the height of the pillow I sleep on every night.

 

Actually, I prefer a high pillow because I sleep well on it. However, when I searched, I found that if the pillow is high, the skin on the front of the neck stays folded the whole time you sleep. If this happens every day, it eventually settles into deep horizontal wrinkles.

 

So I looked into the right height for me and it seems that this is really important not only for the skin but also for the health of the cervical spine. As soon as I found out about this, I was afraid of getting wrinkles, so I immediately changed to a lower pillow. It was a little awkward at first, but my neck is definitely stretched out, so there's less tension, and my neck feels much more comfortable when I wake up. The wrinkles also seem to be less pressed down than before, so I wish I had changed it sooner. It's such a small thing, but since I sleep on it for several hours every day, I think the effect is bigger than I thought.

 

I feel like I've definitely improved my neck care since I switched to a lower pillow and started paying more attention to applying moisturizer to my neck.     재질 쿠션감들도 중요하겠지만 무엇보다 높이가 제일인거 같네요.
    높게 자는편인데 과감하게 주름을 위해서 낮춰봐야겠어요. 베개를 다른분들은 어떤종류 쓰시는지 궁금하네요
