Do you have any lifestyle habits that are helpful for your skin?

I think lifestyle habits also have a big impact on your skin.

I really, really, really like coffee, but these days I'm consciously trying to drink water often.

I'm trying to cut down on late-night snacks and salty foods as much as possible (although it's not easy).

After washing my face, I immediately apply skin care to prevent moisture loss, and I'm also trying to break the habit of touching my face with my hands!!

I've been trying to sleep as regularly as possible because they say sleep is important, and I've also been using a sleeping thermal eye mask, so I've been sleeping better than before and my skin has definitely gotten better.

I think small habits accumulate to affect the condition of your skin!
