In the winter, you don't sweat much, so you drink less water, but that seems to be worse for your body. Because the air is dry, moisture is constantly lost through your breath and skin. If you don't drink enough water, your skin dries out easily and dead skin cells form more easily. When your body lacks moisture, blood circulation doesn't work well, so your hands and feet feel colder. Also, in the winter, you often catch colds or feel unwell, and they say that drinking water often helps eliminate waste from your body. You end up drinking less water because you don't want to go to the bathroom often, but that seems to make your body more tired. I'm trying to consciously drink more water these days.
