Skin care, which is increasingly becoming a necessity these days
This weekend, I went to a charming cafe with a friend for the first time in a while. The lighting was so good, I was in a good mood taking pictures, but I was surprised to see my face in the pictures look much duller than usual. I hadn't noticed it under indoor lighting, but under natural light, my skin was rough and lifeless. I think it's time to start a truly systematic skincare routine. Until now, I'd just wash my face, apply moisturizer, and go to bed, using the excuse that I was tired. Looking at myself in the mirror, I realize how complacent I've been. I'm starting to wonder if home care alone is limited, or if I'm just not familiar with the method. I'm curious about how you all consistently practice skincare. Do you have any routines that have been particularly effective, or tips for overcoming sudden dryness like mine? Please share any tips, even the smallest ones. What's the first thing you do when it comes to skin care?
