Hello! How's everyone doing today? I was really surprised when I looked at the photos I took with my friends yesterday. I thought I was diligent about applying basic skincare and taking care of myself, but among my friends, I looked particularly dull and tired. I wondered if it was the lighting, but when I looked closely in the mirror, I could see my skin had lost elasticity and become sagging from the inside out, which was really disappointing.
