Lately, my skin has been feeling more saggy than before, so I've been trying out different products and re-establishing my elasticity management routine. I used to think using a lot of products was the answer, but I've noticed that by eliminating unnecessary steps and focusing on just what's necessary, my skin has become more stable.
These days, the things I'm most concerned about are the frequency of use and the intensity of the product. Even with products that are supposedly good for elasticity, I use them sparingly, depending on my skin's condition, rather than every day. This reduces irritation and gives my skin the ability to heal itself. In the past, I'd become sensitive immediately with even the slightest strain, but now I can feel a definite difference in how well they hold up before their elasticity collapses.
I've also been much more selective when it comes to applying cosmetics. Instead of layering on multiple products, I stick to a few key ones and constantly monitor how my skin reacts. By doing this, my skin doesn't look dull, and my facial contours feel more defined than before.
Elasticity management doesn't produce noticeable changes overnight, but these days, whenever I look in the mirror, I notice my skin is less prone to breakouts, so I'm trying to maintain this routine. Ultimately, I think a less irritating and less aggressive approach suits my skin best.
