Right now... I guess I have to endure it for the sake of my skin, right?
It's past 10 p.m. and why am I suddenly hallucinating the smell of ramen? I was about to rush to the kitchen, but then I saw my face in the mirror and slammed on the brakes. Maybe it's because it's winter, but I can feel my skin drying out and sagging in real time under the heater. My facial lines have been sagging lately, so I've been determined to start applying all the nourishing products that are supposed to boost elasticity. Today marks the seventh day, and I'm definitely finishing with this firming treatment before bed. When I wash my face in the morning, my fingertips feel different. It feels like my skin is firmer from the inside out. But I'm so worried that a bowl of ramen tonight will ruin all this hard work. I'd be really upset if I ate a sodium bomb and looked swollen and lacked elasticity tomorrow. Just out of curiosity, is there anyone who, like me, hesitates between meals on a late night like this, but then substitutes something else for their skin? Or do you have your own overnight skincare routine that gives your skin an emergency boost? I want to decide quickly, so please share your opinions in the comments!
