How do you prevent neck wrinkles?

Lately, when I look in the mirror, I've started noticing wrinkles on my neck, and I'm starting to worry about it for no reason. I've been taking care of my face in various ways, but I think I've always neglected my neck. Since I spend a lot of time looking at my phone with my head down, I'm worried that wrinkles might form more quickly. I've heard that the skin on the neck is thinner than the face and needs more care, but I've just been roughly applying what's left over from what I put on my face. How do you prevent neck wrinkles? I'm wondering if it's better to use a special cream for it, or if facial cream is enough. I've also heard that stretching and posture are important, but I want to know if they actually work. I've also heard that sleeping habits and pillow height can have an effect, but I don't know how much I should pay attention to. I'm also worried that it's not too late to start taking care of it now. If you have any methods you've tried or habits you'd like to recommend, please give me some advice.
