I'm in a situation where I need to lose 3 kilos in a week.

In this case, how do you all proceed with the radical advancement?

Because I'm an office worker, I can't eat a very clean lunch... I heard that bread-based foods like sandwiches make you gain more weight, so I try to eat rice instead of bread, and I even leave about half of my rice behind..! I'm cutting down on snacks, drinking almost no coffee, and drinking a lot of water, but my weight is coming off slowly. ㅠ I'm working out at home, but I need some advice on what else I should do!!
