These days, I've realized that nourishment from within is just as important as what you put on the outside. That's why the key to sharing my recently established, personalized home skincare routine is to incorporate it with "inner beauty." No matter how expensive the creams I use, if I'm tired or lack nutrition, my complexion quickly darkens.
I start my day by waking up and taking vitamin C and collagen with a glass of lukewarm water. In the afternoon, I try to replace caffeine with rooibos tea or green tea, which are known for their antioxidant properties. I was skeptical at first, but after about two months of consistent use, I'm really satisfied with the natural glow my skin has. I wholeheartedly agree with the saying that healthy skin comes from a healthy body, and I'm putting it into practice!
