Looking back on my skin, I think my lifestyle has a bigger impact than cosmetics. When I don't get enough sleep for a few days, my skin immediately becomes dull and prone to breakouts. So these days, I try my best to go to bed at a consistent time. Drinking plenty of water also definitely helps. I used to barely drink water, but since I've been consciously drinking more, my skin has become less dry. I've also realized that stress is directly linked to skin, so I try to manage my condition by taking short walks or stretching.
