Hello^^
If I had to pick one lifestyle habit that had the biggest impact on my skin, it would be
I'm trying to reduce my smartphone use before going to bed.
In the past, I used to lie in bed and watch YouTube or social media, and then fall asleep at 1 or 2 in the morning.
Back then, no matter how diligently I applied foundation, my skin looked dull and wrinkled every morning, right?
In particular, the area around my eyes and mouth gets dry easily and makeup doesn't go on well.
So, starting a month ago, I put my smartphone down 30 minutes before going to bed.
I got into the habit of just stretching or doing some light tidying up with the lights dimmed and then lying down.
At first it was boring and not easy, but after about a week, I was able to sleep well.
I felt like I was naturally getting faster and sleeping deeply haha
The results were visible on the skin!!
When I wash my face in the morning, my skin texture is less rough and the tightness right after washing is noticeably reduced.
I used to reach for cream right away, but these days, toner is less drying.
Overall, my skin tone became clearer and the frequency of breakouts decreased!!
One small habit that improves the quality of your sleep is better for your skin than expensive cosmetics.
I didn't know it would have such a big impact^^
