물마시는 습관 정말 중요하더라구요 저도 예전보다 늘린다고 늘렸는데도 택도 없이 부족한것 같아요
Be sure to follow these lifestyle habits that affect your skin.
Hello, haha. I hope you try the lifestyle habits that I'm telling you about that affect your skin!!
In the past, I only drank water when I was thirsty or drank 2-3 cups of coffee a day.
There were many days when I barely drank water.
That's why my skin suddenly becomes dull in the afternoon.
The dryness on the cheek area is so severe that no matter how much I spray mist,
I felt like I was being pulled again soonㅠㅠ
My makeup would get messy in the afternoon, and when I smiled, my wrinkles would stand out more.
So one day, I started to consciously make it a habit to drink water in portions!!
Drink a glass of lukewarm water as soon as you wake up in the morning, one glass before lunch, one glass around 3-4 pm, and one glass before dinner!!
I divided it into 4-5 times a day and drank it like this, and tried to drink it slowly rather than gulping it down all at once.
On days when I drank coffee, I added an extra cup of water!
I kept doing this for about two weeks and I definitely felt a difference~
When I wash my face in the morning, my skin feels less tight than before and when I touch it with my hand,
I felt like the knot had become a little softer haha
Especially in the afternoon, the dryness that used to come up has decreased a lot.
The number of times I sprayed mist also naturally decreased!! (Shoot!!)
I noticed that my makeup was less sticky and my skin had a slightly more radiant glow overall^^
The advice to drink lots of water is so common that I just ignore it.
I learned that how you drink is more important than you think.
The habit of drinking steadily throughout the day rather than drinking a lot at once
I didn't know that just one thing could stabilize my skin condition this much.
You should definitely try it.. I think it will be especially helpful for those with severe dry skin!
