Winter Habit Tips

It's past eight o'clock in the evening, and it's gotten quite chilly in my room. I've been bundled up in my pajamas and snuggled under the covers, but a minor, shameful incident from the past suddenly came to mind, and I kicked the covers off with gusto. I stared blankly at the ceiling, wondering how I could ever forget this embarrassment. To regroup, I thought I'd take a moment to reflect on the lifestyle habits I've been diligently practicing. Honestly, winter is so dry that just applying makeup on the outside is definitely not enough. So, despite the inconvenience, I always try to end my day with a cup of warm water or herbal tea after work. And keeping the humidity in my room constant by turning on the humidifier has been making a big difference in my skin condition. Even just slathering my face with moisturizer and doing a quick five-minute stretch makes me noticeably less puffy and my complexion looks clearer the next morning. When I think about how these small actions add up to make me feel more energetic, my awkwardness seems to subside a little. Do you have a personal routine you always follow before bed?
