My complexion has been looking a lot darker lately, so I'm thinking about taking health supplements.

Not long ago, I met up with some friends from middle school, whom I hadn't seen in a long time. They were all still bright and energetic, but I looked visibly exhausted in the mirror. It was a brightly lit cafe, but I was shocked to see how dull my nasolabial folds and the area around my eyes looked. In the past, even if I pulled an all-nighter, a single sheet mask would quickly heal my skin the next day, but now I'm acutely aware that that alone isn't enough. That's why I've been looking into health supplements, which everyone around me seems to be taking. I've been thinking that for a clearer complexion, I need to recharge my energy from within, not just care for the outside. In fact, I used to find taking supplements a hassle, but now I'm wondering if I can just apply them and see if I need to take advantage of the benefits. With so many different types of products, it's hard to know which ones contain the right ingredients. With so many collagen and vitamin options, it's hard to choose. I'm curious to know what kinds of health supplements you take.
