What are the essential items you need to maintain your stamina in the middle of winter?
How are you all taking care of your health and skin in this bitterly cold, midwinter season? I just got home from work and shivered for a while, thinking I'd lost my wallet. After finally finding it in a corner of my pocket, my heart started pounding and my whole body felt completely drained. I can definitely feel my stamina deteriorating. I already feel tired quickly after 8 p.m., and my face looks particularly puffy, so I'm even more concerned about that. In this cold weather, I'm sure you all take at least one health supplement in addition to eating well. Which one has been most effective for you? I'm currently taking vitamin C and probiotics, but perhaps because of the dry winter weather, I was curious to see if supplementing with collagen or hyaluronic acid would actually help maintain my skin barrier. There are so many different options, it's hard to choose. If you've tried them consistently and noticed any positive changes in your energy levels or skin condition, please let me know. Do you have a routine you follow after dinner, or any special ingredients you rely on to survive the winter? Please share any tips, even the smallest ones!
