One of the lifestyle habits that affects my skin is drinking water on an empty stomach after waking up.
I used to not drink water very well.
I liked drinking other beverages besides plain water, so I used to drink coffee or cold drinks all day long. Not only did I gain weight, but I also had frequent skin problems and intestinal problems.
But after I changed my lifestyle to drinking lukewarm water on an empty stomach when I wake up in the morning, my skin troubles have noticeably decreased.
There used to be a lot of pustular acne, but now there's almost none of that.
And basically, when you start drinking water, your body becomes more energized and you feel better.
The number of times I drink water has increased significantly, so the number of times I look for carbonated or sweet drinks has also decreased.
My skin problems have also disappeared.
I think it's a lifestyle habit that has a good effect on the skin.
