How do you guys use face masks in this kind of weather?
Hello. A few days ago, I happened to see photos taken with friends, and I was shocked to see that my face looked puffy and lifeless. Maybe it's because I've been busy with work and haven't had much sleep, but my makeup doesn't go on as well and my complexion isn't what it used to be. So, I'm trying to get back into my home care routine after work, and the first thing I reach for is a sheet mask. However, some say one sheet mask a day is good, while others say it can actually irritate the skin, so I'm having a hard time deciding on the right sheet mask frequency for me. While adjusting it flexibly depending on my skin condition is the right approach, I'm having trouble figuring out what the average sheet mask frequency should be. Just as the recommended times for sheet masks and wash-off masks vary, I think everyone has their own preferred sheet mask routine. Do you find yourself using sheet masks more frequently as the seasons change, or do you stick to a set number of times a week?
