Lifestyle habits determine skin condition more than cosmetics

As I work on my skincare routine, I've increasingly realized that daily habits are more important than cosmetics. On days when I don't get enough sleep, no matter how good the products I use, my skin looks dull and prone to breakouts. So these days, I'm trying to limit my late-night phone calls and go to bed at a consistent time. My water habits have also changed significantly. I used to barely drink water, but now that I've started consciously drinking more, my skin feels less dry. I'm realizing that skincare doesn't end at the vanity table; it's connected to the rhythm of my entire day. Knowing that small habits accumulate to create a healthy skin condition has made my perspective on skincare much more realistic.
