My face is so tight from the office heater wind, how are you all holding up?
Lately, I've been sitting in the office all day, and the heater's blowing directly at me. It's making my skin feel like it's been completely dried out, cracked, and dry. Even if I spray mist, it only lasts a moment, and by the afternoon, my makeup has completely dried off, making it so I hate looking in the mirror. It wasn't like this before, but it seems to have gotten worse this year, and I'm having a hard time deciding. I'm not sure if I should buy a humidifier or just go for a moisturizing treatment. I hear things like LDM are good for hydrating, but would it work for someone with extremely dry skin like mine? Even though I slather on moisturizer every morning, the office air is useless. I'm trying to be mindful of what I eat and drink plenty of water, but the dryness persists, driving me crazy. If anyone has had similar issues and found a glowing complexion, please share your tips. I wonder if a consultation at a hospital would be an immediate solution.
