Every time I see my cheeks flushed red by the cold wind, I just sigh... I'm sharing my own emergency prescription.

The wind was so harsh on my way home from work today that I was shocked when I got home after 9 p.m. and looked in the mirror. I knew the air was cold because it was winter, but my cheeks were especially red and irritated, like they were chapped from the dryness. I already have sensitive skin, so even the slightest irritation makes me anxious all day. Seeing my face red like this made me worry that it would be even worse tomorrow morning... I kept having negative thoughts, wondering if this would leave scars or completely destroy my skin barrier. So I just got out of the shower and quickly started my emergency home care routine. After a gentle cleanser, I soaked a cotton pad with soothing toner and placed it on my cheeks like a mask for about 10 minutes. It was definitely important to control the heat first. After applying three thin layers of a rich, hydrating cream, the stinging sensation was significantly reduced. It may seem trivial, but I also remember to place the humidifier closer to me than usual before going to bed. If anyone, like me, is concerned about their cheeks turning red in the winter wind, even if it's a hassle, please make sure to moisturize generously today. I sincerely hope that we all wake up tomorrow morning with perfectly clear skin.

샤워하러 들어가서 따뜻한 물로 계속 20분쯤 온수샤워하면 기분이 너무 좋아져요!
