I'm diligently managing my skin today to keep it in good condition, so I'll share my routine. First, in the evening, it's really important to apply toner right after washing your face to prevent moisture loss. I apply it three times after cleansing, and I find that this definitely reduces my skin's tightness. Next, I spread a soothing, highly concentrated ampoule all over my face, then layer on twice as much moisturizing cream as usual, using it as a pack. In the winter, indoor heating causes my skin to dry out quickly, so if I don't do this enough, it'll show the next morning. Finally, I put a drop of face oil on my palm, rub it in, and press my face to create a moisture barrier, and that's it! After putting in this much effort, my frustration has subsided a bit.
