Essential for maintaining skin moisture in the dry winter months
The weather outside is below freezing, but indoors, thanks to the heater, it's hellishly dry. It's past 10 p.m., and my skin feels cracked when I turn on the heater. Even with the humidifier on full power, the indoor humidity barely exceeds 40%, and this only seems to be happening around the humidifier. Logically, this isn't a problem that can be solved simply by applying expensive cream. The lack of the fundamental data—water intake—input leads to errors in the output—skin condition. The mathematical conclusion that the heater robs my skin of moisture faster than I can reapply moisturizer—it really gives me a chill down the back of my neck. To slow the breakdown of the skin barrier, there's no other solution than immediate hydration. If you're reading this, I urge you all to drink a glass of water, even if it's just mechanically. Effective skin care begins with analytical lifestyle habits! I hope you all have a hydrated night, and good night.
