How do you compromise between the temptation of late-night snacks and your skin condition?

Am I the only one whose belly button is ringing at this hour? I've been debating whether or not to add water to my ramen for an hour now, and the thought of my puffy face tomorrow morning already makes me sigh and feel depressed. My skin is already incredibly sensitive these days, especially with the cold winter winds blowing, and even the slightest irritation makes it red and irritated. I've finally settled into a basic routine with mild ingredients to build a strong skin barrier, but I'm so worried that this one late-night snack will ruin all my efforts, and I'm getting more and more anxious. How do you all suppress your late-night cravings? Do you have any secret recipes that prevent your face from getting puffy the next day or that help your skin calm down? I've been keeping track of my skin every day since last month, and it's clear that as the temperature drops, the dryness and redness don't go away easily. I'm barely managing to calm it down with hydrating packs and soothing creams, but if I were to get hit with a sodium bomb right now, I'd hate myself. Do you have any healthy alternatives for when you're out and about at night that are good for your skin? Or, if you have any winter recommendations that you think are essential for my sensitive skin, please share them. I'm a worrier, so I spend a lot of time looking at every product I buy, so I desperately need honest reviews. Thank you in advance for listening to my concerns in the middle of the night.
