I was so shocked by what I saw in the mirror that I decided to take care of my skin.
Yesterday, after work, I went to the department store to buy clothes and was shocked when I saw my face under the fitting room lights. It looked much more puffy and dull than I usually do at home, so I just stood there blankly for a while. I'd always made excuses about being too busy, barely washing my face before going to bed, but now I really need to start taking better care of my skin. Honestly, I've never been bothered with home care, let alone using a face mask. Now, I'm thinking about taking the plunge and making the investment, but since I've never had professional skin care before, I'm at a loss as to where to start. Do you have any simple skin care tips you can practice at home before heading to the salon? Even if it's just a little bit, I'd appreciate it if you could share some information.
